POWER BALL 15 MINUTES

The Power Plant, Canada’s leading contemporary art gallery, presents Power Ball: 15 Minutes on Thursday, June 6. The must-attend event will attract more than 2,500 guests from Toronto’s art, fashion and entertainment communities, who will indulge in an evening of art, cuisine, cocktails, visual and sensory stimulation and discovery. Power Ball is the largest annual fundraising event for The Power Plant and always a memorable way to kick off summer with fellow young professionals (YPs).  The evening begins with a VIP experience at 8:00pm in a summer-evening perfect oasis overlooking the lake where guests will experience a private installation by Toronto-based artist Scott Lyall and enjoy private bars, a special menu by famed Toronto chef Chef Marc Thuet and cocktails from Ketel One and Grand Marnier. 

The party surrounds the VIP lounge outdoors and fills the expansive lower level gallery spaces inside with installations by artists Ryan TrecartinZeesy PowersAlexis O’HaraKTL & Sybil, and Thunder Horse Video, as guests enjoy the sounds of NYC-based Physical Therapy and Toronto-based Deko-ze. Highlights will include an outdoor movie house, late-night outdoor dancing, hot dog stations and LA-themed food from large outdoor BBQ lodges, plus more to be discovered upon arrival.
