Starting at 5pm every Thursday and Friday, you’ll be able to beeline your way out of the office and over to their poolside lounge area to soak in both the sun and social scene. We love how eclectic a mix of people inevitably end up at Westin’s #PopUpPatio events – it always leads to new professional connections in a laidback atmosphere (NOTE: check pretention at the door).
Hungry? Executive Chef Matthew Richmond has the perfect post-work fix to help tide you over until dinner hour officially hits. Choose from his latest creations, such as Cashew Chicken Satays, Shrimp Ceviche and Chicken Fatoush Salad at the BBQ action station.
Next, wander over to the poolside bar area and taste your way through their new menu featuring new craft cocktails, beer and wines courtesy of the Hidden Tasting Bar and Social Lounge. On our must-try list for summer: the signature Pop Up Popsicle, a raspberry and vanilla popsicle blended with gewürztraminer and dunked into a mix of soda, ginger simple syrup and vodka (pictured below). It’s guaranteed to get your party started in no time.
Aside from an array of killer DJ beats fusing the scene together, this year’s pop-up events are extra noteworthy. A new, larger lounge area has been created complete with more patio seating (including sofas and loungers you won’t want to leave).
