On Our Radar: Ted Baker London is Coming to the Eaton Centre

Don’t wrap up that Autumn-Winter wardrobe shopping quite yet. On October 30th, Ted Baker London is opening a 3,822-square foot store in downtown Toronto and there’s a good chance it’s going be best buds with your credit card.

To kick things off, the store will feature Ted’s Autumn Winter 2014 womenswear, menswear and accessories collections.

The womenswear collection combines vintage-inspired floral prints and ultra-feminine silhouettes with the perfect coupling of lux joggers and bomber jackets, flashing pops of neon pinks and electric blues.

Ted’s menswear collection features jewel tones of burgundy, emerald green and lively oranges throughout knitwear and chinos. Fresh detailing and modern finishes add a cool touch to a strong collection of jacquards and prints.

And, as a modern interpretation of the Great British Shopping Arcade, this new location is going to look just as attractive and authentic as its customers. Look up and you’ll find Victorian-inspired, steel spray painted ceiling trusses. Look around and you’ll see fixtures, wallpaper, leather and props creating a modern grid of ‘shops’, making up ‘Bakers Arcade’ – the Umbrella Shop, Watchmaker, Optician, Jeweler, Perfumery, and even the Tea and Cake Shop.

Even though they’ve got over 200 locations across five continents, this store is going to be something special. And if you visit between the opening Thursday and the Saturday, you’ll get a special gift with your purchase along with complimentary refreshments and sweet treats while you shop.

We’ll see you there.
