Describe what you do in less than 140 characters. Go.
I’m an independent art consultant and co-founder of ThinkOutsidethebox.ca, an online creative platform based in Montreal. We also sell limited editions print at affordable prices through our print shop.
What was the inspiration for your career route?
My parents definitely inspired me to become an entrepreneur from a very young age. My dad has always been in sales and he loves to help out other people. I felt a sense of pride when he managed to make someone’s day. They even started a home winery and boutique in the basement of our first family home. This became my playground and I often played the salesman with my brother, the client.
What is the most memorable milestone in your career so far?
When I invested in a furniture store after graduating. It was huge for me at 23; the responsibilities seemed overbearing but I took on the challenge!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years, 10 years, 20 years?
I want to continue collaborating with creative people. They nourish me. It’s my food, water, and air. When I have this, I can be anywhere and know that I am creating something meaningful for other people.
Do you have any advice for other young professionals?
Focus on what you love. Don’t get distracted from your passion. If you feel different, you are blessed to be. Also, don’t overthink your future. Make it. Be aware, and put true meaning into anything that you do.
Do you support any charities? If so, which one(s) and why is it (or they) important to you?
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. My dad was diagnosed with a Myelodysplastic leukemia in January. Thanks to the LLSC and its donors, my dad is in remission.
What does the word notable mean to you?
Notable being recognized for your achievements, big or small, your successes, and your failures. You are notable when you are proactive, and when you do things that mean something for you.

Where is your favourite place to wine/dine in your city and why?
Bouillon Bilk. The food is excellent and the staff very attentive.

Hendrick’s Gin Martini.
What gives you the greatest FOMO?
When a large group of friends all go on vacation and your newsfeed is flooded with their travel pics.

Probably the best steak at Moishe’s and tons of oysters.
What’s your guiltiest pleasure?
Chips. All flavours.
