This is going to be tricky.
Brunch is probably the most disputed meal in all of Toronto, so we suspect we’re starting a fire by asking you to pick your favourite. But that’s okay – we like (metaphorical) fires.
First of all, are you there for the bacon or the cocktails? The eggs Benny or the atmosphere? On a scale of one to I-will-not-wake-up-without-it, how important is a good cup of coffee to your weekend?
All these things should be considered, and so much more. Tread lightly with this vote, young professionals, we’re fine with fire… but we don’t want to start a war.
Bonjour Brioche
Fresh French food on Queen E. Perhaps the best croissants west of Paris.
Mildred’s Temple Kitchen
Higher-end, but for good reason. This is the upscale brunch of your dreams.
Lady Marmalade
Pulled pork poutine and crepe croque monsieur make for a beautiful morning.
Aunties & Uncles
There’s a reason people line up outside for hours – it’s the reigning champ in several other Toronto polls.
Mitizi’s Cafe
Daily specials on a pedestrian street in the heart of Roncesvalles. If you like your brunch peaceful, this is the place to go.
Emma’s Country Kitchen
Worth leaving the downtown core for, the I know what you did last night burger will set you right. Also: donuts.
Saving Grace
They serve brunch every single weekday. It’s delicious. What else do you need?
The Drake
Arguably the best place to see and be seen enjoying a little hair of the dog after a late night out. Even if that late night out was also at The Drake.
Farmhouse Tavern
If you haven’t had their Caesar or Mother & Child Reunion, you’re doing it wrong.

You know all the cool places, don’t you?
