Eating green never tasted so good. Having created quite the veggie buzz around town over the past several months, Graze finally opened its doors this week to showcase its plant-based menu that incorporates locally and organically grown ingredients. All beer, wine and spirits embody this commitment – and they even collect rainwater, compost and use solar heat for water to reduce impact and waste.
