Dare-To-Bare
Date: July 2
Location: EFS Patio, 647 King St.

A bikini fashion show for a good cause? That’s what we like to call a win-win. You’ll find 10 models sporting Dea Fashion swimsuits, one of the hottest patios in the city, and the show’s emcee, former Edge 102.1 personality Todd Shapiro, keeping you entertained. And all this to raise money for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Is this even a choice?

On the Run
Date: July 9
Location: Rogers Centre

Do you know how big this is? They released a three-minute Hollywood-style trailer – for a concert tour. Jay Z and Beyoncé are many things, but shy is not one of them. Hitting the city the same night as Lady Gaga, our bet it that the On the Run Tour is one show you won’t want to miss.

Taste of Lawrence
Date: July 4-6
Location: Wexford Heights BIA

Scarborough’s largest food and cultural festival brings together a three-day stretch of summer activities that includes some of the most popular dishes in the entire GTA, midway rides, free samples, martial arts displays, FIFA U-20 athletes, soccer skill testing, and live musical acts. If you only get to Scarborough once this summer, this should be that time.

Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto
Date: July 8-August 3
Location: Various

Get ready for three weeks of Caribbean music, cuisine, arts, and parties. Actually, wait, you don’t need to get ready for this amount of fun – you just have to enjoy it. Nearly a month of galas, competitions, parades, concerts, and more are going to guarantee that the Caribbean has Toronto hotter than ever this summer.

Canada Day
Date: July 1
Location: Various

Just a chance to show some national pride is all. Well, that and a welcomed day off. There’s so much going on in Canada’s largest city on our 147th birthday that we had to go ahead and put together an entire guide just so you could make it through the day. Check it out later today on Notable.ca.
