Just Opened: Jamesons Pub 17 Avenue
An Irish Pub that’s sure to bring together young professionals across the city. Jamesons on 17 Ave (1230 17th Ave. S.W.) opened this week with YPs flocking, and it’s just the sort of scene you will find at all of their other locations. It is easy to see why, with a large menu selection, over 22 beers on tap, and regular live entertainment.

Just Opened: Black Betty Burger and Winebar
This is not your traditional burger joint. Located in the Lougheed building at 606 1 St S.W., Black Betty provides a casual yet upscale dining and entertainment experience (think France meets Hollywood) showcasing a unique contemporary menu with a substantial beer, wine and cocktail list and amazing live entertainment. This is a classic rock haven and wine cellar all in one.
