So we’ve partnered with Canada’s premiere cocktail event, the Art of the Cocktail festival (taking place from October 4th to the 6th in Victoria, BC) to send you and a guest west for an unforgettable weekend.
Art of the Cocktail is a popular three-day celebration that attracts over 1000 people every year. Fueled by young professionals with a hankering to learn more about the fine art of cocktail procurement, days are packed with seminars, bar games, cocktail hours, and special events.
Obviously – we want you to be there.
So here’s the breakdown:
One lucky Notable Vancouver reader and a guest will score return flights from Vancouver to Victoria on Harbour Air.
You’ll have one nights accomodation on the house, kicking back in the lap of luxury at the prestigious Fairmont Empress Hotel in the heart of the city. Chill out in the historic world-class hot spot, pamper yourself at the spa, and get geared up for a weekend packed with action.
To keep you occupied, you and your guest will be given two tickets to the already SOLD OUT VIP Grand Tasting event. NBD.
The crown jewel of Art of The Cocktail, the Grand Tasting features two noteworthy components. First, a VIP tokenless tasting hour from 6-7pm, and second, a regular sampling hour from 7pm-10pm.
You’ll sample your way through more than 70 unique and familiar brands (spit buckets exist for a reason), alongside some of the best restaurants in Victoria.
From 7pm, a cocktail sample from any one of these tables will be given in exchange for a token, which are available for purchase at $1 each.
You’ll have access to both – all night long.
