NABS Auctions Off Canada’s Top Ad Execs

The National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS) has taken a bit of a different approach to their fundraising campaign this year by running a ‘Vintage Intern Auction‘. The auction will see nine of Canada’s top advertising executives being auctioned off to work as one-day interns to the highest bidding companies.

The interns can do anything from designing the company’s next business strategy to fetching a coffee. Among the nine candidates are Tony Chapman, Founder and CEO of Capital C; Chris Staples, Partner and National Creative Director of Rethink; Zak Mroueh, Creative Director at Zulu Alpha Kilo; and Dawna Henderson, President and CEO of Henderson Bas Kohn.

NABS is a dynamic support system for all Canadian professionals in the marketing and communications industry facing personal, career and family challenges due to illness, injury, unemployment or financial difficulties.

All of the money raised at the auction will go towards NABS and the various initiatives the organization supports. Today is the last day of bidding, so you make your bid ASAP for the chance to have one of these incredibly talented individuals grace your office for the day. Current asking price? Around $2500.
