In anticipation of the impending arrival of Will and Kate’s baby, the Fairmont Palliser is hosting a Royal Tea Baby Shower on Sunday, May 19 at 1pm. Afternoon tea, a glass of Moet bubbly, a performance by the School of Alberta Ballet, plus baby shower games, await the guests.
A baby gift registry has been created at Hudson’s Bay, and guests are encouraged to purchase an item for donation to Ronald McDonald House Southern Alberta. If you do, you’ll be entered to win a fab prize.
With decor by Lynn Fletcher Weddings, a performance of Mozart by international violinist Sophie Serafino and a display of photographs of Royal visits, the scene will be set for a fantastic afternoon at the Palliser. It will also be a select opportunity to try the “Savoy Blend” loose leaf tea sent directly from, and served only at, their sister property, The Savoy in London England.
