Ring in the New Year in true speakeasy style as you rock out to everything from retro to electro courtesy of Vinyl Ritchie. Dress to the nines and enjoy the full package deal: Sundown Supper Club’s three-course dinner, or show up later and sip classic cocktails and champagne at the Movable Feast as you party the night away
Ring in New Year’s 2013 at one of our city’s classiest spots around town, the Vancouver Urban Winery. Starting at 8pm, DJ Mike Cerka will start spinning and setting the stage for a fantastic wine-fuelled night. It’s guaranteed to be quite the affair with plenty of cocktails on offer, late night canapés and classy dress code in effect. It all takes place within the stunning and spacious VUW with tickets available for $60.
The Keefer Bar is set to be transformed into a Winter Wonderland just in time for 2013. Tickets are still available for the return of New Year’s in Narnia II. Take in the scene at one of our favourite cozy cocktail spots around town. Enjoy themed cocktails as you’re entertained by none other than the ladies of Sweet Soul Burlesque, who will be on hand to perform three inspired sets as part of their ‘Shipwrecked Burlesque Adventure’. The party will seriously get going and champagne is guaranteed to flow. Tickets are $25-$30 in advance.
Head to the 9th Annual Midnight Stardust New Years Eve event taking place at the Westin Bayshore Hotel for an unforgettable night celebrating the start of 2013. This top-notch red carpet event features live musical performances, DJ sets, a fireworks display, complimentary dessert buffet, photo booth, and (of course) champagne at midnight. Party the night away in two rooms as the countdown begins. Tickets are still available and start at $75 ($150 if you opt for the gourmet dinner buffet and charter yacht trip).
