Experience the ultimate Sunday Funday and support a great cause on April 15

On Sunday, April 15th, The Ballroom Bowl comes alive for the ultimate “Sunday Funday” in support of the Toronto Distress Centre with the second annual Melissa’s Bowling Ball Tournament and After Party. Uplifting and filled with young professionals, this is an event not to miss. Highlights include an optional bowling tournament, no shortage of Sunday comfort food, complimentary mimosas, a Caesar bar, live bachelor and bachelorette auctions, live band karaoke (where you are backed by a full band), indoor and outdoor ping pong, live music from The Julian Taylor Band and The Crunge, prizes and an amazing silent auction.

The event was designed to celebrate the life and love for bowling of Melissa Krisman, whose life was cut short at 28-years-old when she was lost to suicide. Last year, a group of Melissa’s friends, with the help of her family, transformed a childhood bowling alley into a full-scale sold-out charity event. The event generated close to $13,000 for the Toronto Distress Centre and its 24-hour crisis line. Held at YP staple The Ballroom, this year’s event promises to be bigger and better, drawing a crowd of young professionals from all industries and a range of social circles throughout the city.
