Elevator Pitch: Describe your job in a nutshell.
In a nutshell, my job is to connect with customers on personal level through the experience they receive, whether it is in the form of advertising, sales experience or just the atmosphere at our store, in order for those customers to become ambassadors of our company.

Why did you start working at your company? What was the inspiration for this career route?
It’s a family business and I felt compelled to continue the legacy. Our company is into its third generation.

What is the best part of what you do on a day-to-day basis? The most challenging part?
The best part is connecting with so many different people and learning from their experiences. The most challenging part would be gluing together the pieces of all the vast amount of data being created.

What does success look like to you?
Success is finding your true passion and never actually “working” a day in your life.

What is the most memorable milestone in your career?
The most memorable would have to be being part of our company’s expansion and seeing it grow to triple of its previous size.

Do you have any advice for other young professionals?
Don’t stop asking questions!

Do you support any charities? If so, which one(s) and why is that important to you?
We support many charities. Every month, we donate a portion of our proceeds mainly supporting hospitals and cancer research. Our family has been affected by cancer ever since our grandmother was diagnosed.

Describe your ideal retirement: How old will you be and how do you plan on spending your retirement years?
I can’t picture myself actually retiring; I wouldn’t be able to stay put. I would like to stay involved in the business community while ideally travelling to the exotic parts of the world.

What are you looking forward to most about retiring?
Too early to tell but I would look forward to passing down my knowledge and providing guidance for future business people.

What to you is notable?
Notable to me is someone who is relentless, doesn’t make excuses but creates solutions, doesn’t stop when he/she is tired, is humble with a double dose of focus; and if someone spoke badly about this person, no one would believe it.

Blackberry, iPhone, Android, or Other?
iPhone.
