Man Up! For Men’s Health This Movember

Love it or hate it, it’s that time of year again: moustache season.

For the month of November, young professional gents will once again try to grow their best cookie duster to raise support and awareness for prostate cancer, in an initiative known, of course, as Movember.

To support Movember Canada, Tito’s Handmade Vodka invites you to Man Up! For Men’s Health, presented in partnership with First Canadian Place, and Exchange Tower. The event takes place after hours in the First Canadian Place Main Lobby on Thursday, November 13th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm (right when facial fur has almost reached its halfway growth point).

Aimed at the young male professional, the event is designed to bring forth the style, the taste, the health, the competitive nature, and the spirit of giving.

With Tito’s Handmade Vodka as an official sponsor, you can expect distinguished drinks crafted by expert mixologists to wash down the finest gourmet grub. Each person gets two free drinks with their event ticket and any additional cash bar proceeds will benefit Movember.

And who doesn’t love a couple of moustache friendly after-work drinks on a Thursday?

Other perks include four door prizes (a TAG Heuer AQUARACER watch courtesy of Birks, a gym membership to the Adelaide Club, and Leafs tickets with a dinner at Vertical and a Massimo Dutti leather bag) and fully loaded swag bags filled with men’s products, retail gift cards, branded items, and Tito’s Handmade Vodka samples, among others. You can also expect a silent auction, with prizes like a suit, gift cards, Leaf tickets, Raptors tickets, Tito’s Handmade Vodka Guitar and more.

On the style side, some of the coveted shops in First Canadian Place and the Exchange Tower will showcase sample looks to help men find their own handcrafted look; because a well-groomed moustache alone can only take you so far. On that note, there will also be a shoeshine station courtesy of Penny Loafers Shoe Shine Co.

If you want to hear more about the cause you’re in luck, the Director of Movember Canada, Pete Bombaci, will be speaking at the event. One hundred per cent of the proceeds will go to Movember Canada

Wait – there’s more: fill out the form below, and you and a buddy (or your lady) could win a pair of tickets to check out the event yourself. Or, don’t subject your stache to lady luck and buy a pair of tickets right now.

See you and your mouth brows there.
