Amy Schumer’s apartment is anything but a trainwreck.
The Upper West Side 5-story walkup (that new bestie Jennifer Lawrence definitely fell up the stairs of on multiple occasions) is located just steps from the Museum of Natural History and a mere block from Central Park.
Like we said, it’s no joke. (We can keep this up all day.)
Of course, another way to describe it would be to say it’s a pre-war (see: no elevator) penthouse resting atop one of NYC’s famous brownstones in an enviable neighbourhood. Except this cozy little abode with an original working fireplace and skylights doesn’t really need to be talked up – it speaks for itself.
Schumer is currently listing the property for $2.075 million. Or basically the price it costs to see her at a live standup show these days.
