Infographs: From 2005 to 2015 Our Views on Sex Have Changed Significantly

It’s incredible to observe just how quickly shifts in everything from employment to the way we eat unfold. Sometimes stark differences manifest even between one generation and the next.

Or, when it comes to attitudes about sex, it can happen in just one decade.

Dating site OkCupid, which launched back in 2004, has been asking its users about their love, sex, and relationship preferences since ever since. In 2005, it compiled a survey and gathered answers to questions like ‘would you sleep with someone on the first date?’ and ‘would you need to sleep with someone before you married them?’

This week, OkCupid released results of the same survey conducted in 2015.

There are some pretty major shifts in how we view sex and dating considering it’s been just a decade since the most recent analysis. The adjusted attitudes swing both ways, too – some are in line with Tinder’s f*ck-fest generation while others are decidedly more conservative.

Here are six charts that illustrate these differences
