Indie Coffee Passport Returns to Toronto So You Can Cross the City One Cup at a Time

If there’s one thing young professionals love it’s coffee – with travel a very close second.

So rolled up into one dreamy bundle is the Indie Coffee Passport; which is your, um, passport to great coffee for an amazing seven months. Between April 1st and October 31st, 2016 you can buy your Toronto passport for $28 + tax and visit any of the 26 participating independent coffee shops and cafés.

OK, so it’s not travel in the sand-beneath-your-toes-sense. But since a large portion of us can’t function without a caffeine fix to rev up our engines in the morning (afternoon, and evening) it’s worth working your way around the city to try the drinks the cafés have on offer.

Realistically, $28 is about how much most millennials spend a week to have baristas whip us up a latte, cappuccino or americano in a paper cup with our misspelled names on it – so we’ll be making savings as well as visiting some awesome cafés and neighbourhoods that we may otherwise have missed.

Your Indie Coffee Passport can be purchased online via the website or at participating shops.

Get ready to fill up your passport, fuel up, and take off.
