If we had a photography category at tonight’s Ontario #NotableAwards, Ontario native Stephen Orlando would have a good chance at winning.
Of course, some people would probably think that magic shouldn’t be able to win –and that’s exactly what Orlando’s long exposure light photography looks like.
Fascinated “with capturing motion through time and space,” Orlando uses LED lights with custom color patterns for his long exposure photographs. In this way, he’s able to do something truly amazing – tell the story of movement without and movement present.
The results are non-photoshopped works of art. From urban landscapes to sports, Orlando is always up to something beautiful.
