Holy Firk: Chain wide Renovations for British Pubs

A British invasion via renovation is taking over some Greater Toronto Area Firkin pubs.

The Firkin pub chain is a popular Brit-style group of bars with locations all over Ontario. Patrons have always been able to depend on Firkin pubs for classic English pub fare and lofty spaces in which to relax with friends.

As the beginnings of a chain-wide project, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the pubs, four Firkins in the GTA have undergone a contemporary British renovation. The Bull and Firkin (Davisville), The Quail and Firkin (Rosedale), The Goose and Firkin (York Mills) and Owl and Firkin (Markham) have all recently been refurbished. They’re adorned with cultural insignias, a new and improved menu featuring new cocktails and brew, and a selection of the latest tunes from across the pond.
