Well, a 2% pay increase, the national average, probably won’t do much to alleviate your frustration. You know what might? Working in one of these 20 careers, which all offer a significantly higher average salary raise.
Jobs site Glassdoor has released a list of 20 jobs with the largest growth in pay over the past year, most of which already offer a pretty generous base salary.
Business systems analysts top the list, seeing a 10 per cent increase in what is already relatively lucrative pay. Security officers, sales consultants, pharmacy technicians and baristas have also seen their wages increase by at least five per cent since 2014.
