Oops, she did it again.
The pop princess and Las Vegas headliner has put another one of her California estates on the market, with a hefty price tag of $11.8 million ($8.9 million U.S.).
Spears purchased the Spanish-style house four years ago, which boasts 8,456 square feet, five bedrooms, and seven bathrooms — likely more than enough room for the singer and her two sons.
Since purchasing the home, Spears has done a number of updates. Some of the attention-grabbing details include striking dark wood floors, a number of elaborate chandeliers, and a glass-enclosed wine cellar.
But the selling point of the property could easily be the massive covered patio that boasts an outdoor living room, dining area, and outdoor bar overlooking a stunning backyard that features over an acre of lawns and gardens as well as views of the Santa Monica mountains. Of course, a giant swimming pool, a spa, and a waterfall don’t hurt either.
The 34-year-old has extended her residency at Planet Hollywood for another two years for her show, “Britney: Piece of Me,” so you can find her in Sin City if you need to.
