Feast of Fame at The Bowery

The Bowery – one of Toronto’s hottest new restaurants – is playing host to the Feast of Fame, a benefit for War Child presented by John Varvatos for Converse in conjunction with John Varvatos USA. On Wednesday, September 7th, head over to The Bowery to catch a live set from Tommy Youngsteen and the Million Dollar Band as they perform classic hits by Tom Petty, Neil Young, and Bruce Springsteen. Make a reso for the dinner seating then stay late into the night with some phenomenal live music and notable personalities like special invited guest Adrian Grenier. This awesome pre-TIFF evening is a benefit for War Child, one of the worthiest of causes, whose mission is “to empower children and young people to flourish within their communities and overcome the challenges of living with, and recovering from, conflict.” This is one of the few (and we do mean few) TIFF events that’s open to the public, so make sure to grab yourself some tickets and help War Child’s endeavours.
