Event Recap: Ogilvy en Fete

As one of the most anticipated and socially conscious fashion soirées of the year, Ogilvy en Fête did not fall short in delivering an extravagant shopping experience aimed to support Saint-Justine UHC Foundation’s pursuit of providing our city with the world’s highest level of healthcare. Now in its third consecutive year, the fundraiser drew forth Montreal’s fashion glitterati, including a swarm of familiar faces in the forefront of our city’s artistic and fashion scenes. Enthusiasts, designers and TV personalities joined in on all of the fun in order to commemorate the commendable cause.

The beloved downtown landmark was festively transformed into a glitzy wonderland of shopping bliss in an ultra-lavish setting. All five floors offered spectacular gastronomic experiences, as guests sampled scrumptious gourmet delights from some of the city’s best restaurants.

The red carpet experience certainly welcomed an outpour of support for one of the biggest hospital foundations in all of Canada. Guests inquisitively gallivanted the environs, exploring the numerous amenities presented on each floor. The evening kicked off in Tudor Hall with a line-up of some of the city’s top models and entertainers strutting down the runway, flaunting an enticing selection of seasonal must-haves.

Some of Montreal’s most notable celebrities and athletes, including some of the city’s great legends like Guy Carbonneau seen above with Notable.ca Founder Julian Brass stopped by Ogilvy’s to support the cause and rub elbow’s with the who’s who in attendance.

Succeeding the star-studded fashion show, there was no doubt guests felt indulged by the nifty stations set up by some of our city’s most appetizing hot-spots, including Buonanotte, Cavalli, Globe and Rosalie. The glamorous evening also included deliciously concocted cocktails by Canada’s most highly awarded ultra-premium vodka, PURVODKA.

Making their way down to the lower level, to Ogilvy’s renewed “Urban Lifestyle” space, guests made sure to stop by the Notable.ca media wall, where the Montreal team was stationed to support the event, joining in on all of the festivities as proud sponsors. Most certainly one of the livelier floors, DJ Toddy Flores set the mood off right, while attendees reenergized with Hype Energy drinks and delicious Stewart’s Fountain Classics.

Some frozen delights were also at hand from Swurl, as well as delectable goods from Montreal’s favorite burger joint, M:brgr. The generosity and outstanding contributions truly marked the evening as a shopping extravaganza to remember, a celebration of awareness and hope accomplished in great taste –literally.
