Lise Watier, an established leader of the Canadian beauty industry, recently hosted and invited us to the launch of their US e-commerce site. The event took place at the contemporary warehouse-style space The Arsenal, which was converted into a virtual beauty bar.
There were stations aplenty, from a Rouge Nail Bar where guests lined up to get their nails spruced up to Lise Watier makeup stops, where everyone was getting a taste of their new winter collection, “Glamourose.”
A beautiful crowd was spotted all around, including the Montreal Lise Watier team, some top-notch beauty bloggers that were flown out from the States for this event, and local Montreal media, socialites and the famous DJ Misstress Barbara’s entourage, who provided some head-spinning beats all night.
Cocktails and tasty Hors d’oeuvres were served through the evening by a very charming gentleman.
One of the coolest sights on premise was the strong presence of social media. There was a huge Twitter wall that displayed real-time tweets directed at the event…talk about interactive!
Kudos to Lise Watier for creating a modern, private and special event that truly let attendees explore the makeup from A to Z.
