Event Recap: Kids for Kids Gala

As one of the most notable events of the year, Kids for Kids pulled out all of the stops, bringing forth an unforgettable soirée for over 1000 of its charitable guests. The celebratory evening was definitely the hottest ticket in town, meritoriously commemorating two decades of philanthropic engagement. This extraordinary annual gala was a unique opportunity to support local children’s charities, providing them with essential services and outmost care. Furthermore, Kids for Kids collaborated with the Sarah Cook Fund of the Cedars Cancer Institute, raising much-needed funds for pediatric oncology at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. For 20 years, Kids for Kids has reached out to a new generation of donors, implicating them in the initiative to directly impact the lives of thousands in need.

During the first half of the evening, guests were welcomed to enjoy a special cocktail party, bringing together key sponsors, as well as the remarkable Kids for Kids committee. The select few got to rejoice in a VIP pre-party, catered by BICE, one of the most reputable restaurants in the city. A dessert bar with a conveyer belt was also stationed in the middle of the space, with a rotating selection of some of the most scrumptious confections. Complementing the appetizing treats, guests equally enjoyed an open bar, as well as a delightful excess of Veuve Cliquot.

Following the VIP cocktail, guests flocked into the main “Enchanted Garden”-themed party room at Espace Reunion. The dazzling décor created by Montreal’s beloved Luxe, set the perfect backdrop for a night full of unforgettable fun and intense mingling. The epic evening also presented an infectious live set from DJ Gdot, Montreal’s very own Greg Amiel. The atmosphere was one of absolute merriment, as guests crowded around the main attraction of the evening, a colossal bar set up by Brahm Mauer’s exceptional services. Partygoers socialized and danced the night away, sipping on Belvedere-concocted cocktails, Hype energy drinks and refreshing Maji water. The festivities continued on into the wee hours of the night, leaving a memorable impression as guests celebrated 20 remarkable years of giving.
