The Olive Branchs 4th Annual Bowling Night

Putting on rental shoes at a bowling alley doesn’t appeal to most people, but we can give you more than a few good reasons to lace up a pair at Lucky Strike Lanes. On Sunday, October 23rd, The Olive Branch for Children – a Canadian-based non-profit organization that helps developing communities in Tanzania – is hosting its fourth annual bowling night at Vaughan Mills Plaza. Previous years have been a huge success, with tickets selling out like Bono was attending. Tickets are $75 (with a $37 tax receipt per ticket) and proceeds go towards this ever-so-notable of causes. Aside from the pins, expect a great party with pool tables, appetizers, soft drinks, games, a raffle and great door prizes, leaving no excuses to sit this one out, even if you’re not the biggest fan of 10-pin.
