BoardSuite is proud to announce the launch of the Emerging Directors Series. The series will provide free education on corporate governance to directors of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The first session of the series, Risks & Issues Facing SME Directors, will take place at the Toronto Board of Trade in Toronto, Ontario on June 19, 2012 and feature panelists Deborah Rosati, Sue Loomer, and Andrew MacDougall. Oscar A. Jofre will moderate the event.
