EAT! Vancouver Ready to Ignite City’s Culinary Scene

EAT! Vancouver is a great place to head to if you’re in the market for summer grilling tips from pros like Chopped Canada judges Lynn Crawford and Chuck Hughes who’ll take to the Food Network Celebrity Stage with Vikram Vij. They’ll be joined by Ned Bell of Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and Rob Feenie of Cactus Club Restaurants. Get the inside scoop as they instruct, interact, and entertain foodies with contemporary cooking techniques and experiences in the culinary world.

After you’ve perused your way around the massive show (featuring more than 250 vendors), be sure to head over to the Flavours World Stage and meet chefs from around the world and explore various culinary travel destinations at the World Culinary Travel Expo.

Over at the new Sips Stage, attendees can sample local beer and wine while exploring the world of appropriate pairings with culinary and mixology experts before venturing over to The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) to partake in their popular culinary classes.

One thing’s for sure: you won’t go hungry at EAT! after popping by the Bites area that features an endless array of mouthwatering tasting plates from a selection of local restaurants topped off with a stop at Dairy Farmers of Canada’s Cheese Seminars.
