Much like its predecessor, Apothic Red, this white wine blend has been expertly cultivated to please almost all palettes and continually entice the senses. It is a seductive Californian white wine that combines tropical aromas with hints of spice. A divine combination of Chardonnay, Reisling and Moscato, Apothic White is a bold flavoured, fruit-forward blend with hints of peach, pineapple, honey and vanilla spice.
A notable fact: The grapes for their 2011 White Blend were harvested at night to ensure that they arrived cool at the winery for pressing!
