A breezy, well-manicured outdoor space designed to model a retro Beverly Hills home only elevates the experience, of course.

That’s why you’ll find us in the sprawling backyard of The Addisons Residence all summer long (drink in hand, naturally).

We kick it off on Thursday, July 7 to celebrate the launch of the beloved venue’s new backyard patio, which opened just the other week. Those on the Notable guest list will get a complimentary drink on arrival.

Join us for an evening of life-size lawn games, non-stop 90s tunes, live music, and mingling with the city’s finest young professionals.

The patio launch is kind of a big deal; Toronto’s social set has been waiting for the unveiling of this prime piece of outdoor real estate since The Addisons Residence opened its doors last summer.  The 5000-square-foot urban oasis features two bar areas, multiple cabanas, communal picnic table seating, two fire pits, artificial grass, imported Japanese maples, an outdoor kitchen, and a gourmet grill.

Where else can you find that right in the middle of the city?

The best part about the backyard, however, is the nostalgic, youthful touch. This means life-size lawn games like Jenga, Connect 4, and Tic Tac Toe, and favourite childhood eats like slushies, and popcorn, each served through in respective retro machines.

If all that and the 90s music isn’t enough, you’ll also experience a blast from the past on July 7 with frozen treats and a balloon artist.
