This final season pits Vancouver mix-masters against the complex, sultry spiciness of Flor de Cana Rum for a chance to win a trip to Nicaragua. The clincher for each mixologist being this: attendees are the judge. Simply put, they’ll sweat it out to impress you with their “Tiki” inspired cocktail creations that pair perfectly with the Polynesian-inspired menu, and you get to make the final call.
