When putting together your cocktail, make sure to incorporate some key areas the judges will be looking for rankings:
Creativity and Originality
This is the only sparkling competition of its kind in Canada. Be bold and think differently.
Intelligent Use of Mionetto
This portion of judging criteria is key. Mionetto needs to shine through and be the true inspiration for your cocktail. You can use any spirit of your choice for this cocktail but make sure Mionetto comes first. You can have the best whisky in your cocktail but if Mionetto is an afterthought your score will reflect that.
Presentation and Appearance
The judges won’t have the ability to taste your cocktail as they would in normal competitions. Therefore, the overall appearance and how your cocktail is presented will be a large factor in how they will score.
Creativity, Relevance and Appeal of Recipe Name
Think orange, Think Bubbly, Think Mionetto. How will your cocktail shine through amongst all the submissions while making Mionetto the star?
Good luck to all! And remember: Think Orange, Think Bubbly, Think Mionetto.
