Presented by Absolut, the closing night of the 2014 edition of C2MTL, Thursday, May 29, will be open to all, offering the public the opportunity to share in the energy that will reign over Arsenal during the three days of C2MTL, the unique event that convenes business leaders and internationally recognized public figures celebrated for their creative talents and innovative approaches.
For the evening’s headliner, C2MTL calls on brilliant New York musician James Murphy, internationally renowned producer, founder of LCD Soundsystem and co-founder of avant-garde label DFA Records (The Rapture, Hot Chip). Celebrated for lighting up dancefloors everywhere he goes, James Murphy promises us the best Party in the city on what is guaranteed to be one of the most popular nights of the year. Montreal electropop masters Le Matos will open the show.
The action begins with an energetic performance by the 25 musicians of Roma Carnivale and Gypsy Kumbia Orchestra, who will face off in a no-holds-barred musical duel, presented by the Festival International de Jazz de Montreal. DJ Nils Fluck and duo Shaydakiss and A-Rock will then take over to keep partiers going late into the night.
