And the fact that only 500 tickets are being sold to attend The Canadian Cheese Awards means you better get on this faster than mold on blue cheese. 76 producers from Newfoundland to British Columbia submitted 291 cheeses for judging and yet just 32 awards will be handed out, including the much-coveted Cheese of the Year. Held only once every two years, this is your chance to taste the best cheese this country has to offer.
