Who is behind Trout Lake Catering & Events?
Chef Antonio Park (of PARK and Lavanderia) has partnered with Jamie Silver and Nicolina Servello to manage all event details and execution. Jamie’s extensive experience in event logistics and Nicolina’s ability to transform food into art are perfect compliments to one of Canada’s most revered chefs.

How was the idea born?
With a combined 30+ years in the service industry and a friendship forged through mutual respect, Park, Silver, and Servello saw an opportunity to collaborate and refine the events market. “We aren’t trying to duplicate what others do, but rather elevate the industry standard,” explains Park when describing the impetus for creating Trout Lake.

Trout Lake can be considered niche due to the high standard we impose on ourselves as an organization. That being said, our team is ready and willing to work at any scale: an intimate dinner party at your home or a 1000+ person corporate event. We consider every moment we’re a part of a big event; our attention to detail remains consistent regardless of the head count.
What makes the industry interesting?
Event curating is ever evolving as one event is never like another. The inspiration is always different, allowing for new menus, new decor, etc. The possibilities are endless. We are always striving for excellence and our constant training, refining and researching allows us to offer something special to our industry, not only in Montreal but across North America.
Anything cool we can expect from Trout Lake this year?
We are currently working on building our own private kitchen. Trout Lake clients will be able to host their dinners with us, in our kitchen, exclusively. No one else will have access!
