Calvin Klein Launches New Selfie Campaign

Calvin Klein has just exposed their latest marketing campaign, called “show yours. #mycalvins.” The movement launched to promote the iconic Calvin Klein underwear logo waistband and has taken over Instagram by inspiring people to post selfies in their Calvins.

Calvin Klein has encouraged over 100 male and female social media influencers to assist in the campaign by posting photos of themselves in the classic CK intimates. Bloggers brought on include Leandra Medine  (The Man Repeller), Chiara Ferragni (The Blonde Salad) and Rumi Neely (Fashion Toast). Celebrities such as Trey Songz, Miranda Kerr and Iggy Azalea have also joined in.

Calvin Klein anticipates that the public will catch on with the hashtag and post their own suggestive selfies, as every #mycalvins post is added to the official #mycalvins online gallery for the world to see.

As CK’s Malcolm Carfare discloses, “this initiative was ultimately inspired by what we were already seeing from consumers on social media, so we wanted the actual campaign to not only celebrate that, but to actually be driven by it.”
