2014 Canmore Winter Carnival
Come out and celebrate the winter season in Canmore’s town center. Events include ice carving, snow sculpting, sled dog races, snowshoe racing and so much more. They have even transformed the Main Street into a winter wonderland, which is paved with snow for all your cross-country skiing desires. Free rentals are also available on site. Calgary Zoo Valentine’s Gala
Get out and support a cause that is near and dear to so many Calgarians. 2By2 and Insync are hosting this Valentine’s gala Saturday, Feb. 8th at the Ranchman’s Club to help raise money for the repair and rebuild of the zoo. Live music by the Dino Martinis, cocktails, three-course meal and live/silent auctions are sure to entertain. Book early as the seating is limited. Tickets are $175, which is a small price to pay to help out this amazing cause.

Crowbar 2014
Looking for a night of fine dining that is filled with suspense and surprise? On February 8th City Palate’s 20 for 20 Crowbar pop-up party is going down in a top secret location. Your $90 ticket includes a welcome drink, gourmet meal and entertainment. Hopefully the suspense doesn’t get to you. Ticketholders will only be emailed the details of location and entertainment 24 hours before the event. The secret entrance will only be open from 7:30-8:30pm, so don’t be late!

Rogers Customer Appreciation Day at Sunshine Village

 Market 1-Year Anniversary Party
Calgary’s favourite new restaurant turns 1! Come out on Feb. 9th to celebrate with an evening of amazing food prepared by Executive Chef Bohati, complimentary drinks, silent auctions and a variety of live local entertainment. Tickets are $75 and they are available online. A portion of the proceeds will go back to GROW, a Calgary organization that grows fresh local produce for the Interfaith Food Bank (enjoy great food and feel good about supporting a worthy cause).
