Calgary Halloween Guide 2012

As young professionals, most days we are expected to put on our work garb, head to the ‘office’ and act like adults. Lucky for us there are those few times a year such as Halloween, where dressing up (in costumes) is not only accepted, but expected; a time where we can channel our inner child and have a little fun.

Still looking for somewhere to have a spook-tacular night with friends? The following is a list of the top Halloween events happening in the city that will have you howling with adult sophistication.

Yelloween: October 27
Hosted by Veuve Clicquot, at Ki Mondern Japanese Bar + Restaurant (308 4 Ave), this black tie event is one of the most intriguing Halloween events this year. Featuring decadent décor and champagne from 8.30pm to 10pm for all guests, this upscale soiree will be an evening filled with mystery and sensuality where the DJ will entice you to dance the night away.

Ticket: $45; buy 4 tickets and receive a bottle of Veuve Clicquot.

Grave Gala – Venice is Sinking: October 27
