Malabar – 5121 Parc Avenue
This Outrement costume shop has been open since 1905. They offer a wide array of both costumes for purchase as well as rentals, so you needn’t worry about whether or not you’ll want to reprise Bjork’s Swan Princess next year.
Eva B – 2013 St. Laurent
Sometimes considered simply a hipster tailored used clothing mecca, Eva B is widely known as a costume and accessories rental outlet with a flexible rental policy and good rates.
Boutique Moulin Rose – 1119 St. Catherine East
Located deep in the village, this is a fairly new costume shop specializing in costumes for both men and women, specifically ‘revealing’ selections for women (so if you are looking to be a sexy anything for this year’s Halloween parties, go here!) They also boast a serious Venetian mask collection.
Maison Du Costume Johnny Brown – 7300 Hutchison
The best part of this costume shop is its extensive website that lists 450 different costumes for rent and over 900 for sale (so you can browse before you head in). They range from period costumes to themed ones and their rental policies are easy going and affordable.
L’Entrepot de Halloween – 1616 St. Catherine West
This Halloween costume hot spot located in Le Faubourg Mall on St. Catherine is the first costume store in Montreal that was devoted specifically to Halloween. From costumes, wigs, and decorations, you will find all you will need to kick Halloween off right.
