BeautyMark celebrates the start to the Holidays in style.
If you’re looking to gear up for the inevitable holiday party circuit in style, need to vamp up your skin care regime or add a little sparkle to your wardrobe – there’s definitely one spot in town that can help young professionals do just that: BeautyMark.
Earlier this week, we stopped by this go-to boutique (located at 1268 Pacific in Yaletown) as part of their ‘Neon Noel’ event and perused the latest wave of products to hit the shelves – just in time for the holiday’s ahead. Under new ownership (Kendra Lovick and Tayler Rogers) who took over the well-established beauty boutique from Mark Brunet earlier this year, the space has seen a few changes (such as a full-service nail lounge) and increase in brand selections available to shoppers.
Shelves are fully-stocked with some of our favourite lines including; Dermalogica, Fresh and Principessa (all of which feature great stocking stuffer options for Christmas).
After we grabbed a few sweet treats and paid a visit to the ‘spiked’ hot chocolate bar, we made sure to check out the latest items from Pyrrha (jewellery) and holiday shades courtesy of Butter London before quizzing co-owner, Kendra Lovick on her pick’s for the season.
She happily obliged and took the chance to introduce us to a few new and noteworthy lines young professionals might be interested in: Tata Harper (all-natural, organic products) as well as locally designed Pink Door Design Lab (we nabbed one of their beautifully scented candles). Lovick also shared that the boutique has recently expanded their clothing selection to include stylish, wallet-friendly lines such as Mink Pink, Plush and Pink Owl Apparel… perfect for readers in search of a few new party-dresses for this holiday season.
