New York author and cultural icon Fran Lebowitz is interviewed by CBC Radio 1’s Jian Ghomeshi about her life and career. Lebowitz was recently the subject of Public Speaking, a 2010 HBO documentary directed by Martin Scorsese. Lebowitz has also written two New York Times best-selling books, Metropolitan Life and Social Studies, and often speaks with humour and frankness about a broad range of topics.
