Amazon Throwing “Prime Day” On July 15, Promising More Deals Than Black Friday

Combining two of our most desired essentials of life on earth – sales and online shopping – Amazon has announced July 15 a day of unparalleled sales.

As in, there will be savings more extravagant Black Friday, which last year saw 5.5 million items – 64 items per second – sold on Amazon.

To celebrate its 20th birthday, Amazon’s “Prime Day” will offer Prime members in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, Canada, and Australia deals as often as every 10 minutes.

If you’re not yet a Prime member, you can sign up for a 30-day free membership of the service ($99/year) on July 15 to take advantage of the deals. All purchases on that day will also be shipped for free.

Happy thrifting.
