So you can imagine how pleased we were when news spread that the space has been once again transformed into summer’s best après-work go-to for young professionals looking for a slice of the good life.
#PopUpPatio is a bustling rooftop lounge open Thursday and Friday evenings from 5pm until 9pm. Ditch the desk and head over to unwind and refresh after a hard day of work in the relaxed atmosphere featuring plenty of plush seating, a Zen-like garden setting, and DJ beats to get you in the groove.
In true summer style, Executive Chef Chris Savino has designed a light menu served up straight from a BBQ action station featuring delectable bites like pulled pork and cornbread, caramelized chicken wings, and a duck salad roll.
Sip away the afternoon and enjoy an array of cocktails and other patio favourites like the Negroni and Sazerac and tempt taste buds with new creations like the Pop Up Standard (vodka, Ginger of the Indies, and lemongrass simple syrup).
What’s a poolside party without some fun? New for this year, they’ve got the perfect fix: spiked snow cones, $1 Jell-O shots, and a full pitcher menu. A variety of wines by the glass, draft, and bottled beer are also available. View the full food and drink menu here.
