A Cider Bar is Opening in Toronto This Spring With Over 75 Options

Cider lovers rejoice.

As Torontonians, we’re very spoiled when it comes to our bar and pub options. But for those who prefer pints of crisp cider to beer, there’s (finally) a cider bar coming to Toronto.

At the end of May, Her Father’s Cider Bar will be opening its doors in the heart of downtown in the historic Harbord Village (119 Harbord Street).

Her Father’s Cider Bar will be a safe haven for cider lovers — who will be happy to know that there will be more than 75 domestic and international ciders available to try.

Naturally, there will also be an impressive menu curated by Chef Ryan Barclay, boasting mouthwatering dishes inspired by Ontario’s rich culinary traditions, focusing on “refined, seasonal and locally-sourced” ingredients.

The bar is targeting a soft opening this April, with a grand opening is set to follow in May to coincide with Ontario Craft Cider Week (May 29-June 4).

We’ll cheers drink (a lot) to that.
