A 26-year-old Michigan man with two failing kidneys is reaching out to sneaker heads all over the world to help him find new kidneys for his sold-out Kanye West Adidas Yeezy Boost 350s.
He shared his request on his Facebook page and on sneaker group “What did you wear today” with the caption, “People are always joking that they would give a kidney for a pair of Yeezys!! Well here’s your chance, I’m 26 with 2 failing kidneys. Blood type: B+.”
Although it’s illegal to buy a kidney, apparently trading things for one seems to be legit.
Matt, who is currently on dialysis and is on a five to seven-year waiting list for kidney transplants, has received an enormous outpour of supportive messages, with some even offering him their kidneys for no Yeezys at all.
So if you know someone that has spent countless hours, days or even months trying to snatch these babies up and is a good all-around human being, send them to Matt’s page.
