FOXY
You know when the duo behind one of Montreal’s most successful foodie spots open a new restaurant in the heart of Griffintown the buzz will be major. Dyan Solomon and Eric Girard, who launched Olive & Gourmando, welcomed Foxy to 1638 Notre Dame Ouest just last week. Featuring a lot of homemade items like ice cream, sausages, and yoghurt and a menu where everything is cooked in a wood-fire oven, you know you’re in for a seriously delicious night. The space is super cozy, offering 68 seats with a swoon-worthy wine list. Make sure you order the chocolate bourbon pecan desert. Seriously, this is not a suggestion.
