Dance to Huey Lewis and the News at the Montreal Jazz Festival
If you’re a 80s kid, you’ll be super stoked for this one. These guys filled up your soundtrack of the ’80s with a number of hits including The Power of Love, Back in Time (in Back to the Future), Heart of Rock & Roll, Stuck With You, and I Want A New Drug. After almost 40 years, Huey Lewis makes his first ever appearance at the Festival.

The prettiest lights in the sky are back. La Ronde proudly presents the 31st edition of L’International des Feux Loto-Québec, where Montreal’s sky will light up with outstanding fireworks displays by some of the greatest pyrotechnic artists in the world.

Chill at Clock Tower Beach
Speaking of fireworks, why not watch them from a gorgeous beach? Located a short distance from the historical district, the Old Port of Montreal’s urban beach offers a vacation atmosphere with its fine sand, chairs, parasols, and refreshing mist. There’s also a bar where you can mingle over drinks and delicious food late into the evening. The fireworks kick off at 10pm so make sure you stay and grab a good spot.

Watch a Movie Under the Stars in Litte Italy
The SDC Little Italy and Marché Jean-Talon is proud to present the film screening series Rendezvous of Italian Cinema at Cine-Park Dante, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of Montreal. This Canada Day, indulge in Il Capitale Umano (Human Capital) by Paolo Virzì, starting at 9pm.

Feast at The Great Ribfest

For its fifth edition, The Urban Forest will feature free musical and swing dance performances along with food trucks which will enhance the ambiance of this outdoor space, which this year will be decorated in shades of blue.
