If you’ve been following the epic-ness that is Top Chef Canada, you won’t want to miss this fantastic event. Five of Top Chef Canada’s competitors – Andrea Nicholson (Great Cooks on Eight), Mike Stauffer (Celli’s), Patrick Wiese (Private Chef), Steve Gonzalez (Origin), and Todd Perrin (The Chef’s Inn) – will be preparing a five-course tasting menu for fans and foodies alike on Thursday, June 30th at Nicholson’s base, Great Cooks on Eight. With wine pairings from Fielding Winery (one of Ontario’s best vineyards), and $50 from each ticket going to benefit the Great Cooks Young Chef Fund in support of aspiring chefs, this dinner is sure to be an amazing exploration of the talent from some of Canada’s top chefs.
