The Mean Girls’ Mansion is Up for Sale and it’s Pretty Fetch

Regina George’s 1,858-square-metre mansion could be yours.

And we must say, it’s pretty “fetch.”

That is, if you have an extra $14.8 million lying around.

Located in Toronto’s monster-home-filled Bridle Path neighbourhood, the Mean Girls mansion – where Rachel McAdams’ character resided – went on the market this month.

The Neoclassical stone home has all the features that a ‘mean girl’ would desire. According to Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, this means a two-level entrance of Italian marble leading to a Scarlett O’Hara staircase, a Juliette balcony overlooking the great room, a spa, and a master bedroom that’s complete with a dressing room (naturally), sitting room (outfit changes get exhausting), fireplace, and six-piece ensuite.
Other notable features include an entertainment room, wine cellar and wet bar, tennis court, pool, and a stone coach house. Of course, there are separate accommodations for “the help.”

So it’s, like, really pretty.

Even if only Rachel McAdams could afford it.

Side note: can you believe it’s been ten years since Mean Girls was released in the first place? Actually, never mind
